Why do I need to fill out a power of attorney?

Power of Attorney (POA) is needed only when Customs Release is requested to be filed on your behalf by Shippabo and/or our Brokerage Partners.

Our POA is limited in scope and only allows for Shippabo and/or our Brokerage Partners to act on your behalf regarding matters related to getting the Customs released on your shipment.
