You can find the guidelines for commercial imports to adhere to in the [Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA)](https://www.epa.gov/laws-regulations/summary-toxic-substances-control-act). To avoid fines if your goods are in violation of the regulations, we recommend contacting the TSCA for help understanding the guidelines you need to follow.
